Notices

Our notices page has information about the latest happenings in Cross Roads, the local area and further afield. We also have notices relating to the Parish Council itself, what we do and what is planned.

Hello and welcome to the Cross Roads Parish Council Website

We hope you find the information displayed about what the council does helpful.

The Cross Roads Parish Council came into being on the 1st of April 2023, previously to that date Cross Roads was part of a 3 village Parish Council with Haworth and Stanbury.

The Parish Council is in actual fact 7 local people who have stepped forward to become Parish Councillors, with the sole intent of making the village of Cross Roads a better place to be. The role of a Councillor is an unpaid voluntary role.

Some of the success stories we have had over the last few years include, new planters, grit bins, historical sign restoration, new bins in the park, teddy bears for our school children for the Coronation, tea in the park, party in the park, and of course the wonderful Christmas tree and Christmas features.

We are continually looking to find more ways of further improving where we live, we at all times welcome input from residents and look forward to holding more events where you can come and have your say.

Thank you for visiting the Cross Roads Parish Council Website.

We look forward to serving you over the next 3 and half years.

Cllr Tito Arana
Chair of Cross Roads Parish Council
